Are there any paranoids in the audience tonight?

On the Live version of Pink Floyd's "The Wall", there's this glorious moment where Roger Waters has this interaction with the crowd:

RW: Are there any paranoids in the audience tonight?

Crowd: yaaay

RW: Is there anyone here who worries about things?

Crowd: yaaay

RW: Pathhhhetic. This is for all the WEAK people in the audience!!

Crowd: YAAAAAY WOOOOO YAAAAY

RW: IS THERE ANYONE HERE WHO'S WEAK!?

Crowd: YAAAAAAAAAAAY

RW: This one's for you, it's called 'Run Like Hell'. LET'S ALL HAVE A CLAP!!!! COME ON, I CAN'T HEAR YOU!! GET YOUR HANDS TOGETHER!!!! HAVE A GOOD TIME!!! ENJOY YOURSELVES!!! THAT'S BETTER!!!

It never fails to bring a smile to my face. It's an absolutely, completely, utterly bizarre exchange. I'm sure that Waters enjoyed the irony of it greatly. Not sure if the audience did though...

I love that CD.

Wouldn't you have loved to be there? Sadly, some things of the past will never happen again.
